Into the Wilderness

Tomorrow we take off from Fort Benton, Montana for a four-day trip down the Missouri River, when we’ll be out of touch and out of range. I’m here in Flathead Lake now, after hiking Glacier Park and surrounding area, and we’ve just come back from an all-day trip. Tuckered out. Feet Sore. Happy Heart. Saw two bears. And just wanted to share how special it is to be where Nature is the strongest element in the mind, heart, and body. All other things to the wayside when you’re in such magnificence as the great west of America. more later. Good night and stay focused on the breath…where the secrets of our existence tend to lead us to the place of peace and stillness…within, and without.

in the Light, lordflea
